AAC EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS

The Athletic Assembly Center is a well-known landmark on the Campus of Jackson State University.  Hence, when DDG was approached to provide paint schemes for the exterior of the building, we were excited by the opportunity to bring a fresh perspective to this great facility. One of JSU's goals was complementing the facility new color palette with the surrounding campus aesthetics, and increasing site security with new exterior lighting around the building.

Branding was another major consideration in the design and we chose to provide areas where those moments could occur. The project includes painting the existing brick veneer facades, incorporation of branding elements, new accent lighting, new signage, and security lighting.
The project serves as one of the first projects in phase one of
the campus-wide athletics improvement initiative.
